FIT15 Pack: Nutritional Weight Management Program

This program has beginner, intermediate or advanced exercise and nutrition programs to help you on your weight management journey and fitness. You can choose your program according to three levels.

Each FIT15 Pack contains:

It contains the schedule for the supplements, the exercise plan,recipes to prepare some tasty shakes and add variety to your meals and a daily planner to document extra food you eat, the type of exercise you do each day, how well you sleep and feel to keep track of how your body is improving
Measuring tape: The pack contains a measuring tape with the needed indications to take your body measurements correctly (chest, biceps, waist, hips, thighs and calves). While the scale is a helpful measure, it doesn’t give you the complete picture of your progress. Recording the measurements will help you truly understand the ways that your body is changing.
