Tips to decrease soda intake
  • Wean yourself off slowly: If you typically drink multiple servings of soda a day, cut it back to one a day. Give that two weeks, then switch to three sodas a week
  • Mix it with water

  • Think about how much exercise it would take to burn the calories from soda
  • Switch to unsweetened tea
  • Drink a glass of water first
  • Steer clear of soda triggers like certain places or situations
  • Save it for special occasions
