- Add protein rich meal to your diet like tossing some burgers or shrimp kabobs on the grill or making salads with beans

- Increase your vitamin B8 intake: liver and cooked eggs
- Add folic acid into your diet: fortified cereals and beans
- Go for calcium: milk and yogurt
- Add zinc to your diet which is found in meat and fish to replace dull hair with shiny hair and reduce hair loss
