Phase 1 For Men
100$ /week
  • The ATTACK Phase To Jump start Your weight Loss
  • $100 includes four meals per day for the whole week: Breakfast Lunch (or Dinner) 2 Snacks. 
  • In addition, you are required to prepare one regular meal per day as directed by Dietitian Christelle Bedrossian
  • You can lose 6-8 kg /month
  • You can follow it until 100% of your weight loss goal is achieved, or move to phase 2 whenever you want  
Phase 2 For Men
75$ /week
  • The CRUISE Phase To Reach Your Target Weight
  • $75 includes three meals per day for the whole week: Breakfast 2 Snacks. 
  • In addition, you are required to prepare two regular meals per day as directed by Dietitian Christelle Bedrossian
  • You can lose 5-7 kg /month
  • You can start with this phase without following the phase 1. You can follow it until 100% of your weight loss goal is achieved
Phase 3 For Men
25-50$ /week
  • The TRANSITION  Phase To Prevent The Rebound
  • 50$ includes 2 snacks per day for the whole week and 25$ includes 1  Snack per day for the whole week
  • In addition, you are required to prepare three regular meals per day as directed by Dietitian Christelle Bedrossian
  • The weight loss will depend on the diet given with the snacks
  • You can start with this phase without following phase 1 and 2

These prices are for recurring patients. Otherwise the prices per week will be: phase 1: $120, phase 2: $90, phase 3 (two snacks): $60, phase 3 (one snack): $30
