Tips not to skip breakfast
  • Vary your choices for breakfast to avoid routine: fruits, eggs, cereals, bread, toast …
  • Finish your main meal before 7 or 8pm; this could impact your breakfast desire the next day
  • Taking breakfast will help you avoid having large lunches and dinners; this will make weight maintenance easier
  • Exercise before breakfast; this might help you increase your appetite
  • Allow enough time for breakfast by sitting down for a relaxed meal
