Tips to protect your hair
  • Add protein rich meal to your diet like tossing some burgers or shrimp kabobs on the grill or making salads with beans
  • Eat foods rich in vitamin B5: yogurt
  • Increase your vitamin B8 intake: liver and cooked eggs
  • Add folic acid into your diet: fortified cereals and beans
  • Go for calcium: milk and yogurt
  • Add zinc to your diet which is  found in meat and fish to replace dull hair with shiny hair and reduce hair loss
