  • Ask for tabouleh with less oil and without burghol
  • Remove the fried bread from Fattouch
  • Stay away from fried kibbeh; one kibbeh is 100 calories
  • Hummus is rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats. Have some with cucumbers and not bread
  • Make sure not to eat Baba ghannouj, chanklich, labneh with toum…with lots of bread
  • Grilled meat and chicken are rich in protein but choose the lean meat instead of the fatty ones
  • Skip the Lebanese desserts at the end, the variety of appetizers and dishes counts already for your daily calorie needs
